This event was held at the Douglas County fair Grounds in Lawrence, KS on December 15th & 16th, 2007.  It was a snowy weekend and the dogs love to play in the snow!!!

Oh Yeah...It was St. Patrick's Day!  We had a GREAT time this weekend...thank you for having us!!!  I will be adding more of our favorite photos from this weekend right here.

 
And, I will give you fair warning...the pictures I took on the course in Lawrence this weekend - at the Douglas County Fair Grounds - are not real sharp!  So please don't expect a lot or assume that is the kind of work I normally produce.  We know that the Fair Grounds are dark (for photography), so Lynde and I planned on doing a lot of portrait work and not much on the course.  But I did venture out there a little.  And, if you didn't get a chance to check out the portraits on Saturday or Sunday, look at them on-line...they are very nice!

Notes:
 

Pictures on the "event photo" site are completely unedited.  If you see a picture, but it is too light, or too dark, that can be fixed very easily when you order.  Also, cropping the picture is usually not a problem. But, if the subject is blurry, that normally can't be changed significantly. So...let us know if the picture you like is not 'just right' - it can probably be edited to your satisfaction.  We will let you know before you order!

 

Also, we are not currently participating in Zenfolio's on-line print ordering system (i.e. - the "Add to Cart" feature).  We prefer to produce all of our print orders "in house".  This allows us to A) customize your photos by cropping and editing them personally and not have an outside company involved in the process, and B) provide beautiful "photo art" which is not available through a photo lab!!!  In the next few months Zenfolio will enable you to order prints from us on-line just like the two photo processing labs do now.  Until then, you have to fill out one of our printable order forms and mail it to us with a payment.  It normally takes about 5 to 7 days to complete your order, then mail it back to you in a photo safe envelope.
