Below is the link to our photo order form and our complete price list.  It is in Microsoft Word format.
 
When you click through you will recieve a "file download" window. There are two options: A) to "open" the file in your web browser, and print the form from there or B) to "save" the file to your computer, open it in Word, then print it from there.

Once you have the photo order form, you next:
     A) Go to your events page here ("Paws in the Park" or "NADAC Agility" for example)
     B) See our favorite images from the show :), and check for any special information or details on ordering pics or
         viewing the galleries.
     C) Next find the link at the bottom of the page for our "event photo" site (Zenfolio), and click through.
     D) It is important when filling out the order form to:
            1) Note what event/"group" you are looking at (for example, "Paws in the Park") on the order form.             
            2) Note the Gallery name (A through G) and Picture number you want.  When you look at a picture there is a 
                number assigned to it (for example, 9 of 81).
            3) Be sure to include your contact information!!!  Name, Address and E-Mail or Phone.
    E) Finally, you have to mail the order form, with your payment (cash or check only at this time), back to us. Our
        address is at the top of the form.  It takes about 5 days to process the order.  We will mail it back to you in a
        photo save envelope.  You can also get the images burned to a CD or e-mailed (depending on the number and
        size of the  files).
